If you’ve listened to this show for a while, you already know I’m a huge Tom Misch fan and he has yet to disappoint. Misch pairing with Dayes for their first joint album was the collaboration I didn’t know the world needed. This track in particular is the perfect foray into what the rest of the album delivers - an intoxicating blend of jazz, r&b, and hip-hop with some electronica dustings.

One Minute Man [Remix] - Full Crate [#11 - 54:13]
This classic didn’t need a refix but this edit is rather refreshing and delivers some very welcome summer vibes.

It was the organ and gospel-y feel of this song which first caught my attention. Then, I actually listened to the lyrics and realized that LOONY was signing about a homecoming of sorts and immediately fell in love with this song more.
Time - Lonr. [#31 - 1:53:54]
It’s funny, in an article, the Grammy award-winning producer stated that he created this song while he was living in MA trying to impress girls that he was hanging out with and there was not much else to it. Whatever the inspiration, it worked and this track is such an earworm.

Until I Met You - Alina Baraz [#32 - 1:56:20]
The songstress’ whole sophomore album, IT WAS DIVINE, is an entire vibe. This song in particular highlights her growth as a writer and showcases inspiration she’s gleaned from some of the greats, specifically Amy Winehouse. Nas’ feature is an added bonus.
